Do I need to be good with technology to work with you?
Not at all. Most of our clients aren't technical. Our job is to explain things clearly and make the decisions easier, not to bury you in jargon.
We're a software company. Will this be too basic for us?
No. Our background is enterprise system delivery and leading engineering teams, including onboarding software companies onto agentic development. We work at whatever technical depth your team needs.
Is AI safe to use with our business data?
It can be, with the right tools and rules. A big part of our AI work is setting clear guardrails: which tools to use, what information can go into them, and how to check the output.
Will AI replace my staff?
That's not our goal. We focus on taking repetitive work off people's plates so they can spend more time on the work that matters.
How much does it cost?
The first chat is free. After that, every piece of work is scoped and priced upfront at a fixed price, so you know exactly what you're paying before anything starts.
Do you sell software or earn commissions?
No. Our advice is independent, and we only recommend what's right for you.
What size of organisation do you work with?
From small local businesses and not-for-profits to corporates and software companies. The approach scales to the problem.
Do you work outside the Manawatū?
Yes. We're happy to visit locally and work remotely with organisations anywhere in New Zealand and overseas.
Can you build the things you recommend?
Yes. Where it makes sense, we can lead or deliver the implementation ourselves, or help you choose and manage the right partner.
